Voronoi tessellation

The VGCF package is downloadable here complete with documentation, source files and examples.

It may be downloaded, used and modified, provided:

the user gives credit to the paper "Finding galaxy clusters using Voronoi tessellation" (Ramella M., Boschin W., Fadda D. & Nonino M., 2001, Astronomy & Astrophysics, 368, 776). This paper officially presents the VGCF and its first applications (citations to this paper);
the user will inform the authors about possible bugs and improvements of the procedure.

More recently, a further development of the VGCF was proposed in the paper "VGCF detection of galaxy systems at intermediate redshifts" (Barrena R., Ramella M., Boschin W., Nonino M., Biviano A. & Mediavilla E., 2005, Astronomy & Astrophysics, 444, 685).
