In macchina

Uscite dall'autostrada A4 a Trieste Sistiana proseguendo per 20 km sulla strada costiera oppure a Trieste Prosecco proseguendo per 10 km in direzione del centro città. L'Osservatorio si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del Castello di San Giusto.

By Car

Take the A4 Motorway, exit Trieste Sistiana. Here, either take the Strada Costiera to Trieste (29 km) or drive as far as Trieste Prosecco and then follow the directions to Trieste Centro. The Astronomical Observatory of Trieste is close to S.Giusto Cathedral.

In Treno

Dalla stazione ferroviaria con il taxi (10 min.) oppure con l'autobus numero 1 (20 min.) dal suo capolinea nella piazza antistante la stazione fino a piazza Sansovino, poi salendo la scalinata di via Bramante.).

By Train

From the railway station, either take a taxi (10 min.) or n.1 bus (20 min.) from the terminal bus stop just in front of the station main entrance. Get off in Piazza Sansovino and go up the stairs to the Observatory from Via Bramante.

In Aereo

Collegamenti giornalieri da Milano, Roma e München con l'aeroporto di Ronchi dei Legionari (TRS). Da qui con bus navetta fino alla stazione ferroviaria di Trieste (45 min.). Dall'aeroporto di Venezia in autobus fino alla stazione ferroviaria di Venezia Mestre (25 min.), poi in treno fino a Trieste (1h 50 min).

By Plane

Daily flights connect Milan, Rome and München to the Ronchi dei Legionari airport (TRS). Here, buses take passengers to the railway station of Trieste (45 min.) From Venezia airport, buses take passengers to the railway station of Venezia Mestre (25 min.) from where you reach Trieste by train in about 1h 50 min.
